1. Are NUEMAN products safe for all skin types?
Yes. All NUEMAN products are dermatologically tested and designed to be safe for Indian skin types, including oily, acne-prone, and sensitive skin. We use non-comedogenic ingredients and clean formulations.
2. Are NUEMAN products free from harmful chemicals?
Absolutely. NUEMAN is committed to clean skincare. Our products are free from parabens, sulfates, silicones, mineral oils, and artificial fragrances. They’re also cruelty-free and 100% vegan.
3. How do I know which product is right for me?
Each product page includes detailed benefits and ingredient highlights. You can also email us at support@nueman.in and our skincare advisors will help you build a basic routine.
4. Can I use your products every day?
Yes. NUEMAN products are safe for daily use.
- Charcoal Face Wash: Use twice daily
- Vitamin C Serum: Apply morning & night
5. Do I need to apply sunscreen with your Vitamin C serum?
Yes. While our Vitamin C Serum brightens and repairs skin, always apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen after morning use for best protection.
6. What if I experience irritation or a breakout?
Discontinue use immediately and contact us at support@nueman.in.
Please include a photo of the reaction so our team can assess and guide you.
7. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499.
- Orders below ₹499 or COD orders may include a small fee.
8. How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery takes 2–6 business days, depending on your location.
You’ll receive tracking details via email/SMS once dispatched.
9. How can I track my order?
Go to our Track Your Order page and enter your Order ID or Tracking Number.
Updates will also be sent via email and SMS.
10. Can I return or exchange a product?
We do not accept returns/exchanges unless:
- The product is damaged
- You received the wrong item
- It’s expired

11. Do you offer COD (Cash on Delivery)?
Yes. COD is available on orders up to ₹1,999.
A flat ₹49 COD fee is applicable.
12. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but only before it is dispatched.
If you wish to cancel, email support@nueman.in immediately.
13. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, NUEMAN ships within India only.
