Return & Refund Policy

Hygiene-Centric, Hassle-Free Returns – Your Satisfaction is Our Priority

At NUEMAN, we uphold strict hygiene and quality standards to ensure that every product you receive is fresh, safe, and in perfect condition. However, due to the personal care nature of our products, returns are only accepted under limited, hygiene-compliant conditions.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement only if:

  • You received a product that is damaged, leaked, defective, incorrect, or expired
  • An item is missing from your order

To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • You must share valid photographic proof of the issue

We Do Not Accept Returns For:

  • Opened, used, or tampered products
  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
  • Correctly delivered products
  • Sale items, discounted combos, or free gifts
  • This policy is in place to protect all customers and ensure hygiene standards are met.


2. How to Initiate a Return (If Eligible)

  • To raise a request:
  • Email us at support@nueman.in within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share your Order ID, product name, and clear issue images
  • Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours

3. Reverse Pickup & Inspection

  • Once approved, a reverse pickup will be scheduled
  • If unavailable in your area, self-shipping may be requested
  • After inspection & verification, we will issue a refund or replacement

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued to the original mode of payment
  • For COD orders, we process refunds via UPI or bank transfer
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after verification
  • Refunds are not applicable for reasons like disliking fragrance, texture, or results

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once shipped, modifications/cancellations are not allowed
  • Email support@nueman.in immediately to cancel

6. Non-Delivery or Discrepancy

  • If your order is marked “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, notify us within 24 hours
  • We will investigate with the courier and provide a resolution

7. Disclaimer

  • NUEMAN reserves the right to reject returns/refunds deemed abusive, fraudulent, or unjustified
  • Skin reactions must be reported with photo evidence and will be assessed by our internal team
