Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 6 PM IST are processed on the next business day.
  • Once packed, you'll receive tracking details via email and SMS.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

We ship across all serviceable pin codes in India.

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4–6 business days
  • Remote/Non-Serviceable Areas: 6–9 business days (subject to courier availability)

    Note: Delays may occur due to weather, strikes, or courier-related issues.

Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders:

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹499
  • ₹49 shipping fee for orders below ₹499

Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • Available for orders up to ₹1,999
  • ₹49 COD handling charge applies

Once dispatched, track your order by:

  2. Entering your Order ID or Tracking Number
  3. Viewing live delivery updates

Undelivered or Failed Deliveries

  • If you're unavailable, 2 more delivery attempts will be made.
  • If undelivered, the order returns to our warehouse.
  • Re-shipping may incur additional charges.

Damaged, Leaked, or Tampered Packages

If your package is visibly damaged or leaking:

  • Do not accept the delivery
  • Take clear photos of the package
  • Notify us within 24 hours at support@nueman.in
  • We'll investigate and provide a replacement or refund (if eligible)

Packaging & Hygiene Assurance

All NUEMAN orders are packed in:

  • Tamper-proof, recyclable boxes
  • With air padding (if required)
  • Products are sealed & sanitized to ensure zero contamination
